St John’s Pool – February ’09
We met at St John’s Pool near Dunnet on Sunday 8th. Despite the amount of snow around we had a really good turn out. The sun shone for most of the morning so it was a very pleasant morning to be out and about. We spent the morning clearing willow from around the car park, removed the now defunct fence, and a new screen built for the bird hide. It was a very productive morning and we then enjoyed a lovely lunch courtesy of Julian Smith.
